At River Babe Threads, we want you and your little ones to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unwashed and unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card for store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
